Perfect gift set for those who have habit of using it

This is a classic product. My mother in law often shares with me that she liked the silver toothpick n ear cleaner set that her mother had. So thought to gift her one. And when I wandered around online I happen to see this and immediately ordered it. I gifted it on her marriage day and she loved it...
